What is full body screening for men?

A full-body men’s health screening using ultrasound is a comprehensive, non-invasive procedure that assesses multiple organs for abnormalities. This screening typically includes examinations of the upper abdomen, prostate, bladder, scrotum, and thyroid.

In the upper abdomen, the liver, kidneys, and pancreas are evaluated for size, structure, and any signs of disease. The prostate is examined for enlargement or irregularities, which may indicate conditions like benign prostatic hyperplasia or prostate cancer. The bladder is assessed for capacity and wall thickness, checking for potential obstructions or lesions.

The scrotum is scanned to identify any abnormalities, such as varicoceles or testicular masses. Finally, the thyroid is evaluated for size and nodules, helping to identify potential thyroid disorders.

The procedure is painless, with patients lying on their backs as a gel is applied to enhance image quality. This ultrasound screening provides valuable insights into overall health, aiding early detection and management of potential health issues.

ATTENTION:

  • Please fast for at least 8 hours before the scan.

  • Ensure your bladder is full for a clearer scan.

  • For Sabah/Sarawak, please book at least 24 hours in advance.

Important Appointment Guidelines:

  • Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in and preparation. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes after the appointment time could be subjected to a 30% additional charge.

  • If you do not show up, your appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee will not be refunded.

  • If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 2 hours in advance through the Flabee Care app. You may reschedule up to three times at no extra cost.

  • Waiting times may be up to 60 minutes from your scheduled appointment as we prioritise attentive care.

  • After attending your appointment, you will earn 1 Flabee Point for every Ringgit spent, which may be used to exchange for exclusive vouchers.

  • Prices does not include consultation services. Consultation services are available at non-HQ outlets for a separate fee.

Booking Confirmation:
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it means your booking was not successfully processed. Please try to book again or contact our Customer Service for assistance.

Digital Delivery:

  • All pictures, videos, and reports will be sent via the Flabee Care app within 3–5 working days. Radiology reports are available upon request and are subject to extra charges.

Optional:

  • Print photos available (RM2-5 per sheet)

  • If a radiologist's report is required, there is a charge of RM25 per section (please inform the sonographer before the scan starts).
