What is Scrotum Scan?
A scrotum scan referred to as a scrotal ultrasound, is a non-invasive imaging technique used to examine the scrotal contents, primarily the testes, epididymis, and surrounding structures. This procedure is commonly utilized to diagnose various conditions, including testicular tumors, epididymitis, torsion, and varicocele.
During a scrotal ultrasound, a gel is applied to the scrotum to facilitate the movement of the ultrasound transducer. The transducer emits high-frequency sound waves that create real-time images of the scrotal structures. The procedure is painless, takes about 15 to 30 minutes, and does not involve radiation, making it safe for patients.
We recommend a scrotal scan for various symptoms, such as swelling, pain, or palpable masses in the scrotum. It can also help assess fertility issues or monitor conditions previously diagnosed. The images produced can provide crucial information about blood flow, size, and texture of the testicles and other scrotal tissues.
Potential findings from the scan may include normal testicular anatomy, the presence of cysts or tumors, signs of infection, or abnormalities in blood flow.

Important Appointment Guidelines:
Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in and preparation. Late arrivals could be subjected to a 30% additional charge.
If you are more than 15 minutes late or fail to appear, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 2 hours in advance through the Flabee Care app. You may reschedule up to three times at no extra cost.
Cancellation policy:
a) Cancel 2 hours before the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee
b) Late cancellation/ No-Show will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee
Waiting times may be up to 60 minutes from your scheduled appointment as we prioritise attentive care.
All refunds will be transferred back as Flabee Credits for your subsequent purchase. No withdrawal of Flabee Credits is allowed.
After attending your appointment, you will earn 1 Flabee Point for every Ringgit spent, which may be used to exchange for exclusive vouchers.
Booking Confirmation:
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it means your booking was not successfully processed. Please try to book again or contact our Customer Service for assistance.
Digital Delivery:
Pictures, videos, and reports will be sent via Flabee Care app within 3-5 working days.
Additional Options:
Printed images (RM2-5 per sheet)
If a radiologist report is required, an additional charge of RM25 per part applies (Please inform the sonographer before your scan if you need this report)
