Important Appointment Guidelines

  • Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in and preparation. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes after the appointment time could be subjected to a 30% additional charge.

  • If you do not show up, your appointment will be cancelled, and the booking fee will not be refunded.

  • If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 2 hours in advance through the Flabee Care app. You may reschedule up to three times at no extra cost.

Terms and Conditions

  • All price (Exclude Tax) and not include consumable and medication if any.

  • The price is subject to patient condition and any medication procedure.
