What is Targeted Anatomy Scan?

Targeted Anatomy Scan is designed for patients who need a focused screening of a specific fetal area. This is particularly useful when a previous scan was inconclusive due to the fetus being too small, positioning issues, or other limitations.

Important Appointment Guidelines:

  • Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in and preparation. Late arrivals could be subjected to a 30% additional charge.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late or fail to appear, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

  • If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 2 hours in advance through the Flabee Care app. You may reschedule up to three times at no extra cost.

  • Cancellation Policy

    a) Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the appointment: No cancellation charges.

    b) Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment: A 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

    c) No-shows without cancellation: Deposit will be forfeited.

  • Waiting times may be up to 60 minutes from your scheduled appointment as we prioritise attentive care.

  • All refunds will be transferred back as Flabee Credits for your subsequent purchase. No withdrawal of Flabee Credits is allowed.

  • After attending your appointment, you will earn 1 Flabee Point for every Ringgit spent, which may be used to exchange for exclusive vouchers.

  • Prices does not include consultation services. Consultation services are available at non-HQ outlets for a separate fee.

Booking Confirmation:

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us.  Kindly check your spam box. If you did not receive a confirmation email, the booking was not successful. Please try to book again or contact our customer service via WhatsApp.

Digital Delivery:

  • All pictures, videos, and reports will be sent via the Flabee Care app within 3–5 working days. Radiology reports are available upon request and are subject to extra charges.

  • Note: Image quality depends on baby's position and the maternal condition

Optional:

  • Printed photos available at only RM2-5 per photo

Repeat Scan Policy
A repeat scan may be needed if the image quality is affected by certain factors. This includes differences in machine types, low amniotic fluid, a thick abdominal layer, or the baby’s position—such as hiding behind the uterus, being blocked by the placenta, or not cooperating by covering the face.

Note: For appointments made after 1st March 2025, the repeat scan charge will be increased from RM10 to RM20.
