What Is an Ocular Ultrasound Screening?
An Ocular Ultrasound Screening is a non-invasive, radiation-free ultrasound screening designed to observe internal eye structures as part of preventive health and wellness screening. It uses sound waves to create real-time images and does not involve radiation, injections, or downtime.
Structures commonly screened include:
• Eyeball (globe)
• Vitreous body
• Retina (structural observation)
• Optic nerve (visualised portion)
This screening focuses on general structural observation of the eye and surrounding tissues and is typically included as part of selected health screening packages.

During the screening, a small amount of gel is applied over the closed eyelid, and the ultrasound probe is gently placed on the area to obtain images. The procedure is painless and completed within the time allocated for your selected screening package.

NOTICE:
For Sabah/Sarawak, please book at least 24 hours in advance.
Important Appointment Guidelines:
Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in and preparation. Late arrivals could be subjected to a 30% additional charge.
If you are more than 15 minutes late or fail to appear, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 2 hours in advance through the Flabee Care app. You may reschedule up to three times at no extra cost.
Cancellation Policy
a) Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the appointment: No cancellation charges.
b) Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment: A 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
c) No-shows without cancellation: Deposit will be forfeited.
Waiting times may be up to 60 minutes from your scheduled appointment as we prioritise attentive care.
All refunds will be transferred back as Flabee Credits for your subsequent purchase. No withdrawal of Flabee Credits is allowed.
After attending your appointment, you will earn 1 Flabee Point for every Ringgit spent, which may be used to exchange for exclusive vouchers.
Prices does not include consultation services. Consultation services are available at non-HQ outlets for a separate fee.
Booking Confirmation:
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it means your booking was not successfully processed. Please try to book again or contact our Customer Service for assistance.
Digital Delivery:
All pictures, videos, and reports will be sent via the Flabee Care app within 3–5 working days. Radiology reports are available upon request and are subject to extra charges.
Additional Options:
Printed images (RM2-5 per sheet).
If a radiologist report is required, an additional charge of RM25 per part applies. (Please inform the sonographer before your scan if you need this report.)
