What is Neck Scan?

A neck scan ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging test that uses high-frequency sound waves to create images of the neck’s internal structures, including the thyroid, lymph nodes, salivary glands, and blood vessels. This scan helps detect abnormalities like lumps, cysts, inflammation, or tumors and can assess blood flow in arteries and veins. It’s often used to diagnose thyroid disorders, monitor cancer, or investigate unexplained swelling. The procedure is quick, typically painless, and does not involve radiation, making it safe for repeated use.

Results can guide treatment or further testing, such as biopsy if suspicious growths are detected.

NOTICE:

  • For Sabah/Sarawak, please book at least 24 hours in advance.

Important Appointment Guidelines:

  • Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in and preparation. Late arrivals could be subjected to a 30% additional charge.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late or fail to appear, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

  • If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 2 hours in advance through the Flabee Care app. You may reschedule up to three times at no extra cost.

  • Cancellation policy:

    a) Cancel 2 hours before the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee

    b) Late cancellation/ No-Show will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee

  • Waiting times may be up to 60 minutes from your scheduled appointment as we prioritise attentive care.

  • All refunds will be transferred back as Flabee Credits for your subsequent purchase. No withdrawal of Flabee Credits is allowed.

  • After attending your appointment, you will earn 1 Flabee Point for every Ringgit spent, which may be used to exchange for exclusive vouchers.

Booking Confirmation:
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it means your booking was not successfully processed. Please try to book again or contact our Customer Service for assistance.

Digital Delivery:

  • All images will be sent via Flabee Care app within 3-5 working days.

Additional Options:

  • Printed images (RM2-5 per sheet).
