Important Appointment Guidelines:

• Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in and preparation. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes after the appointment time could be subjected to a 30% additional charge.

• If you do not show up, your appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee will not be refunded.

• Please be informed that waiting time may range from 30 to 60 minutes from your scheduled appointment time, subject to availability and prior patients. We appreciate your patience and will attend to you once we are available.

• If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 2 hours in advance through the Flabee Care app. You may reschedule up to three times at no extra cost.

• After attending your appointment, you will earn 1 Flabee Point for every Ringgit spent, which may be used to exchange for exclusive vouchers.

• Prices does not include consultation services. Consultation services are available at non-HQ outlets for a separate fee.

Digital Delivery:

• All pictures and machine generated reports will be sent via the Flabee Care app within 3–5 working days.

Optional:

• Printed photos available at only RM2 - RM15 (depending on outlet)

Booking Confirmation:
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it means your booking was not successfully processed. Please try to book again or contact our Customer Service for assistance.
