A quick blood test to measure your current blood glucose level. This screening helps you understand your blood sugar reading and identify whether your glucose level is higher or lower than the normal range.

Service Details

•             This service is valid for one (1) user per Flabee Care account only.

•             The first Rapid Glucose Blood Test is FREE with promo code PHUB28.

•             The promo code is applicable to the Glucose Blood Test service only.

•             The free service can be redeemed at any participating pharmacy offering this service on the Flabee Care app.

•             Booking must be made through the Flabee Care app before visiting the selected pharmacy.

Booking & Validity

•             The free service is valid once only for first-time users.

•             Your booking is valid for 2 hours from the booked time.

•             Please make sure to arrive at the selected pharmacy on the date and within the valid booking period stated in your Flabee Care booking.

Late Arrival Policy

For first-time users redeeming the FREE Rapid Glucose Blood Test:

•             If you arrive 2 hours or more after your booked time, the free service will be forfeited.

•             You will then need to pay the RM3.00 service fee to proceed with the Rapid Glucose Blood Test.

Important: Please arrive on time at the selected pharmacy according to the date and booking time stated in the Flabee Care app to enjoy your free Rapid Glucose Blood Test.

Important Appointment Guidelines:

  • Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in and preparation. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes after the appointment time could be subjected to a 30% additional charge.

  • If you do not show up, your appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee will not be refunded.

  • Please be informed that waiting time may range from 30 to 60 minutes from your scheduled appointment time, subject to availability and prior patients. We appreciate your patience and will attend to you once we are available.

  • If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 2 hours in advance through the Flabee Care app. You may reschedule up to three times at no extra cost.

  • After attending your appointment, you will earn 1 Flabee Point for every Ringgit spent, which may be used to exchange for exclusive vouchers.

  • Prices does not include consultation services. Consultation services are available at non-HQ outlets for a separate fee.

Booking Confirmation:
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it means your booking was not successfully processed. Please try to book again or contact our Customer Service for assistance.
