Important Appointment Guidelines:

• Kindly join the online session at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

• If you do not join the online session within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show, cancelled automatically, and the booking fee will not be refunded.

• Please be informed that waiting time may range from 15 to 30 minutes from your scheduled appointment time, subject to availability and ongoing sessions. We appreciate your patience and will attend to you as soon as possible.

• If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 2 hours in advance through the Flabee Care app. You may reschedule up to three times at no extra cost.

Booking Confirmation:
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it means your booking was not successfully processed. Please try to book again or contact our Customer Service for assistance.
