Thyroid Screening Package- Blood + Ultrasound

This package is specifically designed to evaluate your thyroid function comprehensively through a combination of blood tests and an ultrasound scan. Thyroid issues can affect your energy levels, weight, emotions, and overall health. It is ideal for individuals experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, unexplained weight gain or loss, irregular heartbeat, or sudden mood changes.

This package includes:

1. Thyroid Blood Tests:

• Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH): The primary hormone that controls thyroid hormone production

• Free T4 (Thyroxine): The main active thyroid hormone in the bloodstream

• Free T3 (Triiodothyronine): The faster-acting active form of thyroid hormone

2. Thyroid Ultrasound (3 Regions):

• Scan of the right lobe, left lobe, and isthmus of the thyroid gland to detect nodules, enlargement, or structural changes

Details:

1. Sample Collection:

   • Available via home visit (RM30 transport fee applies)

   • Or collected during your ultrasound session at our center (no transport fee)

   • Ultrasound must be done at the center

2. Booking Requirements: Appointments must be made at least 3 days in advance

3. Time of Collection: 7.30am to 11.00am daily

4. Cancellation Policy: Fees are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations

Important Note - Home Visit or Center Option:

A transport fee of RM30 will be charged for home visits by our phlebotomist (the medical staff collecting your blood sample). However, if you choose to have your sample taken at our lab/center during your ultrasound combo session, no transport fee will be applied.
