What is a 2D Growth Scan?

A 2D Growth Scan is an ultrasound done to monitor your baby’s growth and development during pregnancy. It can be performed anytime between 4 to 40 weeks of gestation.

Most of the time, the heartbeat can be seen more clearly from around 6 to 7 weeks of pregnancy.
